Invitation to regulated members of the Pontiac Quad Club: Extraordinary General Meeting

Following the resignation of the club’s directors, the Pontiac Quad Club is required by Quebec’s Business Act to hold a special general meeting.

This meeting will take place on Saturday, September 19th, at 11:00 a.m. at the Club’s garage, located at 1758 Route 148 in Litchfield.

The agenda item is the appointment of new directors to meet the quorum requirements of the bylaws.

All Club members are invited to attend the special general meeting.
