Dominic Gosselin Laverdure body found in river
We now know the identity of the man whose body was found on Sunday in the Ottawa River.
It is 24 year old Dominic Gosselin-Laverdure. He had been missing since April 1.
His car was then located on the Alexandra Bridge, at about 2am. A search was carried out by divers of the SQ, but without success.
His body was discovered late Sunday by a father and his son who were fishing near Kettle Island. Police said that it is not a suspicious death.
