The Pembroke Lumber Kings capped off a successful Thanksgiving weekend
at home with a 9-0 thrashing of the Hawkesbury Hawks Sunday night at
the Pembroke Memorial Centre.
Except for a five-minute lapse at the end of the second period, Kings
coach and general manager Sheldon Keefe was pleased with the team's
effort. He continued to roll four lines throughout the night so

The Daily Observer is reporting that It took the Pembroke Lumber Kings
more than 15 minutes to get going, but once they did they made short
work of the Cumberland Grads.
The Kings downed the Grads 5-2 in Central Junior Hockey League action
last night.

The Daily Observer is reporting that the battle between the Kanata
Stallions and the Pembroke Lumber Kings resumed Tuesday night but it
wasn't nearly as hard-fought as the last time the teams met.
The Lumber Kings downed the Stallions 4-2 in Central Junior Hockey
League action.
