To highlight its’ 40 years of service, the ZEC St-Patrice is organizing a Poker Run on its territory on June 22. Registration will take place between 8:00 am and 10:00 am at kilometer 4 chemin Schyan in Sheenboro. It’s $ 20 per person and the flag raising ceremony will take place at St-Patrice Lake.
Note that on March 24th, the ZEC St-Patrice held its annual general meeting where they passed a resolution opposing the Quebec gun registry. It should be noted that the Firearms Registration Act came into effect on January 29th, 2018.

Owners of unrestricted firearms must now apply for the registration of their firearms, rifles and shotguns with the Quebec Firearms Registration Service (SIAF). Last January, the government of Quebec announced that it had relaxed certain conditions surrounding the registration.
