Woman wanted for child abduction in the Gatineau-Ottawa area

The Sûreté du Québec is looking for a 42-year-old woman who allegedly abducted her three children last April in Quebec. She could be in the Ottawa-Gatineau area.

Yanna Mavraganis, 42, is wanted for arrest following the kidnapping last April of her three children in Gatineau. The Sûreté du Québec asks the help of the public to find them.

According to information from the SQ, she could be in Ontario where she may have gone to a women’s shelters. A statement issued by the police says that she must surrender under this arrest warrant and the children must be handed over to the father who lives in Quebec, in accordance with the custody order”.

According to the statement issued by the SQ, the woman could may be driving a dark blue Toyota Matrix with the licence plate G32 JME.
