Updated on 13 September 2022 à 10:54 am

Municipality of Litchfield, APRIL 27, 2019 – 14:00 HRS. The situation in the Municipality of Litchfield is as follows: Due to the high water levels and damage to municipal infrastructures the following roads and bridges have partial closures:

Partial closure of Crawford Road and the bridge near the intersection of Giroux and Crawford roads have been closed due to damage and the risk of failure. Residents and cottages from civic #2 to #187 Crawford are affected. All residents and cottages on Barrette and Burke roads are affected.
At this time, due to high water levels, a thorough inspection of the bridge is not possible. Therefore, it is impossible to forecast a date that the bridge and road will be re-opened to traffic. Please be assured that the municipality is working to perform work as soon as possible.

Partial closure of Pilon Road from civic address #201 to #276. No residents are affected by this closure and alternate routes are available. The municipality cannot forecast a date of re-opening of the road. Major repairs are required.
