Update for Municipality of Pontiac water levels

Update of May 9, 2018 (4pm)
• According to the Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board, the river level is expected to peak tomorrow. A 3cm rise is anticipate.
• the water level should start to fall by 4cm per day come Saturday.
• It is important to be vigilant due to uncertainty about the forecasted levels. Forecasts will be updated throughout the weekend.
• Sandbags are still available for residents at the municipal Hall 2024 Highway 148 between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM for the following streets

o Bélisle
o Bergeron
o Bord-de-l’eau
o Dion
o Frazer
o du Ruisseau
o Saphir
o Vieille pompe
