Tourism: Québec remains cautious

The Premier of Quebec, François Legault, is still unable to specify what the coming tourist season will look like. He remained cautious about his remarks during his press briefing on Tuesday.

The indications that will involve the tourism industry will be evaluated over the weeks and Mr. Legault hopes to be able to announce measures soon, which will encourage local tourism.

Quebec now has 39,225 confirmed cases of COVID-19. In Outaouais, there are 354, but none have been observed in the MRC Pontiac. The death toll stands at 3,131 in Quebec (8 in Outaouais).
