The Ottawa River Regulation Planning Commission stated that water in the northern part of the watershed is expected to continue to recede. As a result, the affected municipalities in the Pontiac are expected to see river water levels decrease. According to the planning board, the decline is expected to accelerate given the weather forecast in the coming hours.

In Fort-Coulonge, the sewer system remains closed in the flooded areas. The municipal team is working on restoring the system to allow reintegration of affected residents to their homes. The MRC Pontiac recently advised that the Wyman to Fort-Coulonge section of the PPJ Cycloparc Trail is now open. However, it is mentioned that there is a short section between Bank and Flynn rd in Vinton that still needs to be repaired.
