The Pontiac SADC AGM

Last Thursday evening was the annual general meeting of the Pontiac Community Futures Development Corporation (CFDC) at the Little Red Wagon Winery in Clarendon. During the evening, Pontiac MP Will Amos, announced financial support of $ 1.36 million to the Small Business Support initiative of the CFDC network in Quebec. In Outaouais, $ 58,200 will be shared by the CFDCs in the region. This amount, which is intended to increase traffic of businesses owned by women or Aboriginal people, is in addition to the $ 4.5 million commitment announced in 2016 for the initiative.

A talk on agrotourism was also given by Nadia Dufour.
