The Pont Blanc Beach in Mansfield-et-Pontefract has several infrastructures to ensure its accessibility for the summer period. The site is now equipped with a reception, a beach carpet and soon visitors will also be able to take advantage of the infrastructure for throwing axes.

The Aventures Hélianthes organization which manages the site, recently obtained financial support from the Government of Quebec hopes to develop a tourist office thanks to this beach which attracts both regulars and visitors.

The most notable improvement is the beach mat allowing accessibility for people with reduced mobility and which can also make it easier for parents in strollers. Louis Harvey from Aventures Hélianthes had more.

Another novelty is that the Beach has a reception and equipment rental station. For Louis Harvey, it is a way of helping tourists who come to visit the Fort-Coulonge/Mansfield region.
