The CISSS Outaouais gets along with the Outaouais Care Professionals Union

The CISSS of the Outaouais announced yesterday an agreement with the Outaouais Union of Professionals in Care Workers (SPSO) regarding the summer season. The agreement will allow for better planning for annual leave and subsequent replacements; measures to stabilize work schedules, limits to overtime and mandatory overtime; schedule temporary availability and put measures in place that limit last-minute calls and promote better planning for employees; as well as the use of surplus staff where the needs arise due to the increased mobility of employees within the same facility.
