This Saturday, February 1st, the Brauwerk Hoffman Brewery is organizing the snow shoe walk and race, a 5km and 10km walk and race in benefit of the Special Olympics. The owner of the brewery, Todd Hoffman, gave more details.

The first part of the day, between 1pm and 4pm, will be a leisurely 5km walk and at 7pm the Snow Shoe races will begin. It 10$ to walk and 40$ to race, children walk for free. A vegetarian chili and a meat chili meal is included with the race entry fees. The meal will be served after the race.
