The Pontiac will listen to the rhythm of slam poetry in the coming weeks. Slammers from different regions will be in the Pontiac as part of a project by the organization Slam Québec France. The President of Slam Québec France, Richard Charron gave more details.
As part of this project, businesses in the region should be the site of performances by slammers expressing themselves in such places as restaurants, grocery stores or other public places not exclusive to Fort-Coulonge/Mansfield. The organization is currently looking for Pontiac residents who may be interested in participating.
The project will take place from March 22nd to 26th. The full interview in French with Richard Charron is available here.
