Shawville Fair elects a new president

The Board of Directors of the Shawville Fair elected a new president at their annual general meeting (AGM) on January 24th. Tyler McCann, a 10 year Board member, said in yesterday’s press release that he is ”honoured to continue the tradition of the fair and how it brings the community together every year. We have a great team and I’m excited to see new faces around our Board table this year. I look forward to working with the Directors and all our volunteers to continue to make the fair a success!”

Among others, the Board of Directors consists of the first Vice-President, Charleen Moore, Vice presidents Kayla McCann, Erin Dittburner, Lisa Coles and Mike Guitar, the Secretary Beth Knox and the Financial Officer Mavis Hanna.
