Quebec Alert test today

The Québec Department of Public Safety tested its phone Alert System today, November 28th at 1:55. The test message stated that it was not a real situation and that there is no danger to your health or safety. The alert was broadcast on cell and connected to LTE networks, on the radio, television, on the MSP website and on departmental Twitter and Facebook accounts.
