The Mayor of the Municipality of Fort-Coulonge, Gaston Allard, came into the studio yesterday at 4pm to declare a state of emergency for the Municipality. Today, Friday April 26th, with the special rain fall warning in effect for the Pontiac region, Mayor Allard once again made it to CHIP 101.9 to give us an update of the current flooding situation in Fort-Coulonge:
