Former Pontiac MNA Charlotte L’Écuyer, from 2003 to 2014, gave an interview to Cogeco 98.5 in Montreal yesterday, where she reiterated her opinion regarding the Liberal Party of Quebec possibly disappearing. Specifically, she believes that the Liberal Party of Quebec is not close enough to the public and, according to the former member of Parliament, cannot be representative of all of Quebec. She criticizes the Party, among other decisions, for their work in the field of health.
She believes that the PLQ does not have an effective presence on the field in the regions, unlike the CAQ, which she called “close to the people”. This week, during an interview with TVA Ottawa/Gatineau, Charlotte L’Écuyer expressed her opinion on the Party she has already represented, stating that she believed that it could disappear from the political reality of Quebec.
Charlotte L’Écuyer is currently suffering from bone cancer.
