Municipality of Pontiac: Public Consultation for a boat launch ramp

A public meeting will be held on February 27 in Luskville to inform the public of the progress of a boat launch ramp that will be located east of the municipality.

A committee chaired by members of the Municipal council has been set up for organizational purposes. This meeting is the first step for the Municipality to get a feel for the interest of residents for a boat launch. The committee will be responsible for guiding the Municipal council on this issue and participating in the development of a funding strategy.

The firm Argus Environment, mandated by the municipality, will be present its report on the best location to set up the boat launch ramp in the eastern area of Luskville.

The meeting will take place on February 27 at 7:30 pm at the Luskville Community Center, located at 2024 highway 148, in the municipality of Pontiac, Qc. Those interested in the project are invited to get involved with the committee.
