Mansfield-and-Pontefract Resident Wins $ 100 the Soleil library

A BIBLIO Outaouais Network contest garnerd a resident of Mansfield-et-Pontefract a $ 100 gift certificate at the Soleil library. Noëlla Rancourt is one of six people who won a regional prize by taking part in the event held last February, which consisted of sharing their literary crush.

In all, 4,810 people participated in the contest. The event, which took place from February 1 to 28, allowed Quebec libraries to welcome 255 new members.
