July is the perfect time for a drive to see the award-winning Madawaska Valley Studio Tour. On July 22-23, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. take advantage of warm days and spectacular scenery, and at the same time get personal glimpses into the workings of unique artistic skills. Enjoy artwork, chat with artists and watch techniques of artistic blacksmithing, fine art painting, sculpting, tie-dye, weaving, jewellery making, pottery forming and firing, and glass fusion. Guest artists at many studios will add fresh surprises. All artwork and crafts have been selected through a jury process that ensures quality and variety for the visitor.
