LiveWell Canada, the company that plans to establish a cannabis research and development center in Litchfield, has recently merged, as of April 11th, with Vitality CBD Natural Health Products Inc., and they have since been named “Eureka 93”. The new company haves plans to become a fully integrated leader in the cannabidiol (CBD) sector, among other things through the cultivation and extraction of hemp.

According to the “Frequently Asked Questions” section of LiveWell’s website, it has been said that Eureka 93 continues to have discussions with the new Quebec government regarding the project and that the merger of the two companies does not have an effect on its development.

According to the press release issued by the Company, Thursday, Eureka 93 plans to focus on cultivation, extraction, product formulation, manufacturing and distribution to provide hemp CBD products. “This confirms our transformation into a world-class life sciences company in the CBD sector,” said David Rendimonti, President and CEO of LiveWell Canada. (…) We are convinced that the market for CBD from hemp will be a real explosion. ” LiveWell completed the merger after an agreement was signed in December with Vitality. The amalgamated Company will bear the name of Eureka 93 with the slogan: Ingenuity. From the ground up (vertically integrated ingenuity).

The name itself ‘Eureka 93’ was chosen because of the first CBD extraction facility in North America in Eureka, Montana, near Highway 93. At the request of the shareholders who approved the merger of LiveWell and Vitality, a new board of directors was elected. A new website has also been put in place: www.eureka93.com, replacing LiveWell’s website. More details will be available soon.
