Josée Filion named CEO of the CISSSO

The acting Chief Executive Officer of the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux outaouais (CISSSO), Josée Filion, will now hold her position on a permanent basis. Health and Social Services Minister Danielle McCann announced Wednesday her “immediate appointment”.

Josée Filion has been acting CEO since February 20th. She is a member of the Quebec Order of Nurses, holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science degree.

With more than 25 years of experience in the health and social services network, Josée Filion has held a variety of senior management positions over the last 8 years, including Director of Physical Health Services at the Health and Social Services Center (CSSS) at the Cœur-de-l’Île and at the CSSS du Sud de Lanaudière. Prior to obtaining the title of Deputy CEO at CISSS Outaouais, Filion assumed the duties of Director of Nursing at the CISSS de Lanaudière.
