Interview with the owner of Rapides-des-Joachims mill

Last month During a special 2018 radiothon broadcast, CHIP 101.9 met with the MRC’s Warden, Jane Toller, who shared news about the Rapides des Joachims mill. In particular, she mentioned that she had met with Commonwealth Plywood President William T. Caine, the owner of the place, and that she hoped to see the company take an interest in bringing the mill back online.
