Interview – Comets finish first in the standings

The Pontiac Comets won their last game of the regular season, the team played Sunday at home in Fort-Coulonge against the Maniwaki Foresters. The day before however, the team had lost by a score of 8 to 0 against the same team. This time around the Comets won 8-2, but the Foresters left before the end of the game, as the team’s two goaltenders were injured. Comets coach Jean-François Lavergne was pleased to have achieved one of the goals the team set for themselves at the start of the year, to finish first in the standings.
