Gaston Allard denounces the actions of some residents

During the weekend, the mayor of Fort-Coulonge, Gaston Allard, asked residents to “make an effort” and to heed the seriousness of the situation surrounding COVID-19. He denounced on his Facebook account, Sunday, that certain residents had thrown masks and latex gloves on the ground in the municipality.

Original Post from Gaston Allard
” I didn’t think I would have to post this type of message, but apparently some folks don’t grasp the seriousness of the situation. Here are picture of masks and gloves left on the ground where anyone can reach it. Many kids take walks with their parents and, due to their young age, would be tempted to touch it or pick it up. In total that’s 5 masks and 4 pairs of latex gloves found on our streets in Fort-Coulonge! Please, it would be important that this kind of stuff doesn’t happen from this day forward! Thank you for your collaboration!”
