Graduates of Sieur-de-Coulonge High School (ESSC) will graduate despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
Their transition will first be highlighted by a short special event, on June 25, during which the students will be able to meet one last time before the summer. The school principal, Julie Martin and the vice-principal, Gabie Paré, gave some details.
With regard to the traditional convocation, as well as the graduation ball, management has chosen to postpone these events to a later date, when such gatherings can be authorized again.
Julie Martin reminded, however, that before thinking about graduation and other celebratory activities, the most important thing to do is to obtain a high school diploma.
