On October 25th, the Bryson Recreation Association is organizing a Culinary Evening with the Pontiac native Chef Yannick La Salle, who will be accompanied by the co-owner and chef of Les Fougères restaurant, Charles Part, along with the Le Cordon Bleu Institute graduate, Kara Cahill. One of the organizers of the event, and member of the Bryson RA, Vicky Lance, explained how the idea came to her to organize this evening.

The ticket price per person is $65, which includes a glass of wine, hors d’oeuvres and a dessert, as explained by Vicky Lance, who gave more details about the evening.

The event will also be a way for the Association to raise funds as part of their youth programs and recreational infrastructure in the municipality. One of their key goals for this year is to finish paying off the new rink in the municipality.

The Culinary Evening with Yannick La Salle will take place on October 25th at the Bryson Lions Hall, from 7 pm to 10 pm and tickets will go on sale until October 13th. For more information, contact Chantal Lance (819-918-7075) or Lynn Spencer (613-716-2030). The full interview with Vicky Lance is available here.
