Call for public votes for community projects in the Pontiac

As part of the AVIVA Community Fund (CAF) Contest, which aims to fund community-based projects across the country, two Pontiac projects have been pre-selected and are in need of Pontiac residents help of to be in the finals of the competition.

The Friends of St-Joseph Manor are proposing the expansion of the site to provide quality accommodation for seniors in the Pontiac.

In the Municipality of Pontiac, the Quyon Family House presented a project for a Community Fitness Center.

To vote for these projects go to https://www.fondscommunautaireaviva.org.

Each participant has 10 votes, which he can use at any time between September 25 and October 4, 2018. The 10 proposal that receive the most votes will reach the finals of the competition. Three winners chosen by a jury will each win a prize of $ 100,000, and the remaining seven will each receive a consolation prize of $ 15,000. The winners will be announced on November 20, 2018.
