Bryson Chef Yannick LaSalle takes new job at Supreme Court of Canada

4 August 2022 à 12:00 am

The Ottawa Citizen first reported this morning that a highly acclaimed chef from Bryson, Yannick LaSalle, will leave his role heading up the kitchen at Les Fougères in Chelsea to become the new executive chef for the Supreme Court of Canada. In his new role, he will be responsible for lunches for the nine judges, as well as some dinners and receptions where required.

LaSalle worked at Les Fougères for more than a decade and had been the head chef for the past five years. He told the Citizen that the new job comes with a pension and will give him July and August off, which will give the new father more time with his family.
