Bonnechere Museum – Canada Day celebrations

Join the Bonnechere Museum for Canada Day celebrations this Sunday, July 1st! We have something for the whole family throughout the day. Heading out from the Museum at 10 AM is our first Fossil Hunt of the season. Caveman Chris Hinsperger of the Bonnechere Caves will lead you in an exploration of what life was like millions of years ago while you walk around Eganville and through the Geoheritage Trail. Admission is $4 for adults, children ages 4 to 11 are $2, and under 3 is free. Then, at 12 Noon we are cutting Canada’s birthday cake inside the Museum. Pontoon boat rides with historical commentary start at 1 PM from the dock behind the arena. Please reserve your tickets for the boat ahead of time at the Museum.
