Bill 40 : Parents of CSHBO letter to CAQ MNAs

Parents from the Hauts-Bois-de-Outaouais School Board have publicly expressed their disagreement with Bill 40, the bill which changes the school governance; including the abolition of school boards and board members. This is the case for Mélissa Vachon, a mother involved in a school located in the municipality of Blue Sea which reopened after a two-year closure.

The letter which has been signed by parents, was sent to three CAQ Members of National Assembly in the Outaouais. The parents are asking that the government revises their position on this bill. The interview with Melissa Vachon can be heard here.
