The Ministry of Sustainable Development, Environment and Climate Change advises the public that Aquafolie du Camp des Voyageurs Tim Horton Beach, is now compliant with the Department’s bacteriological quality standards for swimming.

Samples taken on July 26, 2017 confirm that the Beach, located in the Quyon area of the Municipality of Pontiac now has a C rating rated. Because of bacterial contamination, access to the beach Had been temporarily banned.

In order to know the bacteriological quality of beache waters eligible for the Environment-Plage program, consult the website of the Ministry. Or call the regional office of the Center de contrôle environnementale du Québec from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, at 819-772-3434.
