Registrations for COVID-19 vaccinations, for people 85 years of age and older, began yesterday. The MNA for Pontiac, André Fortin, wanted to be reassuring and encouraged citizens to make an appointment to be vaccinated.

The MNA for the Pontiac believes that the start of registrations is a first test for the government. He also recalled the rules surrounding caregivers accompanying the 85-year-old, who can be vaccinated if they are over 70 years old and if they support their loved one more than 3 days a week.

People can register by phone at 1-877-644-4545 or online. Vaccinations at the Campbell’s Bay Recreational Center are scheduled to begin on March 11.

The full interview with André Fortin is available here.
