30 March 2021 à 12:00 am

The communities of Fort-Coulonge and Mansfield are mobilizing to pay tribute to Nathalie Soucie, who passed away suddenly on March 25 at the age of 52. People who are interested in participating are invited to do so by joining the motorcade this Saturday (April 3) at 10 a.m. In order to respect public health rules, the Sûreté du Québec will guide the parade of cars which will begin its journey at the Center de loisirs des Draveurs (arena) in Fort-Coulonge. The route will take motorists to Nathalie Soucie’s workplace, namely Sieur-de-Coulonge High School (ESSC).

Given the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic, no one will be allowed to participate in this commemoration on foot. People will need to stay in their cars and make sure they follow all public health rules. People who participate can pay tribute to Nathalie Soucie by having white on their cars.

Since last week, tributes to Nathalie Soucie have multiplied on social media, highlighting her dedication, generosity and contribution to the community for several years.
